The Coronavirus Pandemic affected us all in many ways and when the majority of the World came to a halt many business’s and Charities had to continue and one of those Charities are one of our tenants. When the Government closed all non essential shops, the Charity were hit hard financially due to the shops being one of the biggest income generators.

We are proud to say that we supported our little bit by putting a hold on the rent for a full 12 months meaning the Charity could use the funds elsewhere to continue providing a service to the sick and poorly animals.
